The service style is polished yet discreet and menus reflect the changing seasons as well as focusing on small batch producers and artisans. Menus draw on a less formal approach to hospitality, including food stalls and stations alongside plated menus. As well as embracing world-wide food trends, our chefs understand each client’s needs, and work hard to ensure the menus reflect this. We ensure a sustainable approach to food is at the forefront of menu creation.
Quality and independently sourced British suppliers
Wherever possible we use quality and independently sourced British suppliers to ensure the best possible ingredients. We produce as much as possible in-house, for example our team of chefs includes an on-site baker to help us create the sweet treats on the menus, and ensures we can offer a product that is of the highest standard. We also have bar teams on-site who are happy to create bespoke cocktails to suit the brief of your event.
